If you have a house for sale Northern Ireland and decide to entrust the marketing of your property with The Estate Angel there is a £100 “on the market fee” – this will include preparation of the brochure (measurements, photographs & descriptive write up), erection of For Sale board, organising of viewings (accompanied by me if required/requested at no extra cost).
Your property will be listed on Property Pal, the Estate Angel Facebook page and the Estate Angel Instagram account
By law you need to have an EPC – Energy Performance Certificate. I have a contact who can carry these out with a super fast turnaround meaning we don’t need to delay in getting you up & running straightaway.
Affordable Fees – I know that you will ring around, we all do it no matter what product or service we are after. Costs with The Estate Angel are very clear and out in the open from day one.
